On August 26th 20206, Finland Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg and Handelskammer Finnland-Schweiz/Chamber of Commerce Finland-Switzerland organised a joint event focusing on finance and investments: “Luxembourg and Switzerland as Strategic Options”. This
The event was organised at the beautiful sea views of Katajanokka Casino in Helsinki and attracted a full venue of participants across the financial sector.
The curated agenda covered many current and essential topics on
- The tax and legal frameworks of both countries for asset management
- Cross-border synergies within the financial sector through value-adding solutions and collaboration
- Practical showcase of the benefits of Luxembourg's fund/PE ecosystem
We also heard the keynote of Eila Kreivi, former Director of Capital Markets at EIB - and had the pleasure of a few welcome words also by H.E. Mr Jari Sinkari starting as the new Finland's Ambassador for Belgium and Luxembourg from 1st of September 2026.
