5th Annual Finnish Food Week in Luxembourg with Kati Pohjanmaa
One of the first concepts developed in collaboration with business members, the Finnish Food week was created by two organisations that Finland Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg linked together:
🔹 Finnish commercial real-estate company launching its huge 65,000m2 project in Gasperich, Technopolis Luxembourg had a vision to highlight the company's roots in parallel of the style, campus concept and furniture design and compliment that with some Nordic flavours;
and
🔹 Food Education Expert Kati Pohjanmaa from Finland wishing to develop new opportunities to promote Finnish food in Central Europe
As the outcome, Finnish Food Week was created with the ambition to combine exclusive produce from the North with Central European cuisine.
The concept has taken different forms and menus throughout these years, with main focus on a lunch menu served at the Technopolis MIN Restaurant by Compass Group Luxembourg.
This year, the Finnish menu will be healthy bowls prepared live by the chefs tailored for each order. The Finnish specialties will be available between Tuesday 29th September and Thursday 1st October during lunch hours.
We're very pleased to announce a new collaboration with Meliá Hotels International - Kirchberg, where the Head Chefs have integrated Finnish ingredients into a traditional Spanish tapas, resulting in a delicious fusion menu as a perfect companion for some after-work drinks🥂
The special menu is available from Tuesday 29th Sept until Friday 2nd Oct 2026.
